Brief de Design de Logo

I am starting a walking tour guide company in the Highlands of scotland, where the tour guides will wear tweed - the male guides will wear tweed jacket and kilts, the female guides will wear the female equivalent (a skirt o doubt!) Both will carry a shepherds crook. Id like the design reflect the guides will be male and female, they will be in that style of dress, with the crook - in. my head I see them standing back to back maybe looking towards the viewer - but open to ideas.
