JQ Properties is a short-term property management company specializing in Airbnb investments, rental arbitrage, and interior design. Our tagline, “Mastering Short-Term Stays with Design, Systems, and Expertise,” highlights our focus on creating charming, well-designed spaces that offer seamless experiences for guests and property owners. Attention to detail is a core part of our brand.

Design Style:
We want a logo that is timeless, minimalist, and elegant. It should reflect sophistication and professionalism while keeping the design clean and straightforward. The logo should stand out through its thoughtful design rather than relying on busy elements or vibrant colors.

What We’re Looking For:

Simple and Unique: Avoid common real estate elements such as house shapes or rooftops. Instead, aim for a design that feels modern, distinctive, and refined.
Organic Shapes: Subtle organic or fluid shapes are welcome to reflect flexibility, growth, and openness, but they should remain understated and clean.
Black and White First: The initial design should be offered in black and white to emphasize simplicity and versatility. Later, I’d like to see optional color variations in dark sage/olive green, champagne, and light bronze for evaluation.
Logo Requirements:

Name: The logo should prominently feature “JQ Properties.”
