Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for my advertising agency called Unixad. The agency connects influencers with brands. I need a logo for the website (both on the page and favicon) and a social media kit (for example logos to use on X and Instagram etc). I need the logos and files for situations where the background is black/dark and when the background is white/light.

I included my own example design made in Paint to deliver my rough vision: Unixad in bold capital letters, with the x being in different color and with four small lines (up, down, right, left), a little bit like a sight.

The colors to be used are: black, white and the light purple (#7877E6) shown in the attached file.

I would appreciate a clean and modern design.
