Brief de Design de Logo

Hi - I am changing the name of my business and I want to update & modernize the logo. I am attaching the old logo, the name was MJs Services. The new name is Waypoint Property Solutions. We focus on general contracting, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. We are a professional, experienced, and timely company. We have been in operating since 2005.

I would like a logo with the company name, but also one with a slogan at the bottom: "The Heating & Cooling Experts"

We like darker blue and darker grey colors in the logo. We like the old logo and just want to improve on it. Keeping in mechanical and house/real estate centric is important. We focus on HVAC (heating and cooling) but also are general contractors.
