Brief de Design de Logo

I have luxury short term vacation rental suites in Blue Ridge, Georgia one of the most popular destinations of mountain towns in the Southeast. I have four suites and will eventually have six suites all in the same building and they are in the downtown Blue Ridge area called The Penthouses on Main. I need a new logo for them as I don't like the current one at all. I want something more modern and I keep feeling like it needs more of a hollywood feel if that makes sense. I have cool lights on the building at night and it kinda has that vibe. I've always though of the building as a watermark or rendering in some town feel w/ mountains in the background or around it or something. I'm not tied to that i'm open to creativity and suggestions I just need something new and more modern. I've always thought the font in a more "neon lighting" type feel would be cool as it needs to feel very "penthouse" ish.... I'm one of very few building in the downtown that can even do short term rentals and they're very modern industrial feeling inside if that helps. I want the logo to be a logo and have "The Penthouses on Main" which is the name of the suites on it and also have "Blue Ridge, Georgia" or "located in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of North Georgia" tag line on it if something like that would fit. if a website would fit on there somewhere fine and if not no big deal we could also do a text line below the logo if we ever need to do that too. I'm more concerned about getting the graphics right with the logo. I'm attaching my old logo which I don't like but just so you can see it. I do like the font of the second attachment I'm sending you and the feel of that font and look. The three sample logos i attached I like the feel of for different reasons. I could see if the mountains were more hilly and more Georgia mountains if there were some cute mountain town feel somehow maybe overlaying my building on it or maybe something like that. Again, open to complete new thought processes as well. want modern vibrant colors.....
