Brief de Print Design

We are designing vinyl banners to be printed on the two walls of our FOOTGENiX booth at an upcoming trade show. These banners will serve as the primary visual elements of our booth, providing attendees with an informative and engaging experience that highlights our facility, training methodology, and cutting-edge equipment.

About FOOTGENiX

FOOTGENiX is an advanced cognitive training facility that utilizes some of Europe’s leading training equipment to enhance player development while offering strong scouting capabilities. Our training methodology is data-driven, focusing on key performance attributes to optimize player growth.

Design Objectives
1. Inform & Showcase
• Communicate who we are and what we do in a visually appealing and structured manner.
• Highlight our training facility, equipment, and the key player attributes we develop.
• Emphasize our data-driven approach to training.
2. Attract & Engage
• Design should be visually appealing and organized, making it easy for attendees to absorb key information.
• It should be clean and professional, avoiding clutter while maintaining a dynamic and engaging look.
• The layout should naturally draw attention to key elements.
3. Adaptability & Practicality
• One of the walls will include a TV Display Screen on a stand, and the design should accommodate this screen effectively.
• The FOOTGENiX logo should be placed above the TV screen for visibility.
• The final screen size and exact location are not determined, but designers should consider a standard 40” screen and suggest an optimal placement.
4. Structural Considerations
• The booth consists of 3 panels per wall, separated by visible aluminum dividers.
• The design should account for these dividers to ensure they do not disrupt the visual flow.
5. Branding & Partnerships
• Logos of our equipment suppliers and clubs that use these technologies should be incorporated into the design.
• The branding should reflect a high-tech, innovative training facility.

Technical Specifications
• Wall Panels: 3 per side (refer to attached diagram).
• Visible Dividers: Aluminum dividers separate the panels.
• TV Screen: Approx. 40”, placement to be recommended by the designer.

Deliverables
• High-resolution design files in print-ready format.
• Mockups showcasing how the design aligns with the booth structure (accounting for dividers and TV placement).
• Recommendations for TV placement within the design.

Additional Notes
• Creativity is encouraged, but the design must remain clean, professional, and informative.
• Use dynamic visuals and engaging typography to create a compelling story of our training facility.
• The final design should seamlessly integrate with the booth structure while maintaining high visibility and readability.
