Brief de Design de Logo

Next Level Neat is a new cleaning company that focuses on new construction homes being cleaned prior to move in and commercial office cleaning. We will be doing some follow on work for residential but with the focus being on the other two revenue streams. We would like to see a clean modern logo that represents a modern and mature company. I would like to see a combination of a black and a bright color like hot pink, cyan, or neon green.
