Brief de Design de Logo

I am need a word logo and symbol with the company name: Richmans Hospitality Advisory. The logo should be able to be used in combination as the companies logo or separately when using only the name. The company is Europe based and will focus on advisory, consultancy and asset management for hotel companies and private equity / investors. To be sleek, minimalistic, potentially (not mandatory) black & white logo, not too obvious (i.e. no hotel buildings). The logo needs to look clean, professional. evoking trust and a sense of excellence and innovative approach. Simplicity and a sense of sophistication and partnership.
