Brief de Print Design

We are looking to create a stunning event program for “Sparkling Soiree,” presented by The Odessa Symphony Guild. This program will reflect the upscale theme of the event while maintaining a clean, elegant layout. We will use a past year’s program as a reference to replicate a similar structure and overall flow, including all page layouts. The cover design will incorporate both front and back, with an inside cover that carries through the sophisticated look established on the front.

Because there are 31 individuals to feature, along with group photos, the program will require enough pages to accommodate everyone without feeling overcrowded (use previous design for reference).

We also have inspirational images and the event invitation available for reference. Please note that these images are for layout purposes only and should not be used for any design elements in the new design—they are solely meant to inspire the final product’s style and color palette.

We plan to base the program’s color scheme on the invitation’s aesthetic; however, we want to avoid directly copying any design features from the reference images or the previous year’s sample. Font selections should complement the elegant theme and must be free to download and use commercially.

The new design should set up for 8 x 11 print size, full color. Please include adequate bleed for print. Will be using mixam for printing so please contact them for any additional questions.

Our goal is a cohesive, refined program that helps attendees navigate the evening’s events while reflecting the grandeur of The Odessa Symphony Guild’s “Sparkling Soiree.” We look forward to a layout that strikes the perfect balance between classic sophistication and modern flair—something as memorable as the event itself.
