Brief de Web Design

Guard Dog Networks is launching its first website and we need a great design to bring our brand to life and generate DTC and B2B leads.

We have a good logo, but I am struggling with the creative vision to bring it all together. While our industry is Alarm Systems and Technology, we want to create a site that is more friendly and less 'typical' than your standard IT sites.

It Must:
1. Appeal to both men and women. The logo is a bit masculine, so the colors and icons must soften this.
2. Feel modern - we need to convey that we we use the latest technology.
3. Feel a bit high-end. We are not a budget solution.
4. Have a distinct iconography and photo treatment.
5. Feel layered - not just a series of stacked horizontal modules.

It Should Not:
1. Feel like your typical IT website.

The winner will be asked to provide design files and finished PNGs of the overall design file, backgrounds, photo treatments/frames, and icons.

The winner will likely be engaged for a phase 2 to build out a product page.
