Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for my pediatric dental office. The concept is of a 4-leaf clover with one of the leaves being a molar instead of a leaf. A white and emerald green color scheme is what I'm envisioning. The design should have somewhat of a cartoon feel since it's for a pediatric office. I have uploaded a sketch to help understand what I'm thinking. I would also like the words "Lucky Tooth Pediatric Dentistry" incorporated into the design below that logo.
