Brief de Design de Logo

We would like a new and better LOGO than what we current use. Diakonia Financial is a Financial Services Independent Marketing Organization that supports the Debt Elimination, Insurance, and “safe money” Tax Favored Retirement needs of families across this nation. I'd like a more professional looking logo that projects financial growth, strength, Innovation and change (paradigm shift). We love a combination of these colors Dark Navy Blue, Black, Silver and White, no particular order.
