We are a real estate company which primarily buys homes off market. Logo to be used for mailing campaigns and our website. It will not be used for signs or storefronts. It needs to portray that the company is personable and approachable, local to Seattle, and with a bit of old-fashioned femininity. It shouldn't be frilly, but also not overly masculine. It will embody approachability.
