Apart from packaging dimension which I see another designer has already requested.
I have professional, qualified package designer assistance for you.
I would love to tackle the job - if these issues can be addressed.
The two design samples suppled are so far apart in style and feel - think Ferrari and Ford - this does not provide direction.
Also neither is Minimalist.
Lindt is minimalist with style. Huel is minimalist by a junior school student.

Also: Color? The above search has every color possible with 4-color print.

The two samples are from different food types for different markets ( kids breakfast and average granola bar) and different "levels of excitement".
The mountain part is in the written brief.

The design requirement is for a packaged Granola Bar. The front dimensions are 6.5 inches X 1.5 Inches.
