Brief de Design de Logo

I would like a logo designed for a new business called "728 Cobb". 728 Cobb is an old Victorian home that had been converted into professional office suites that I will rent out. The only words in the logo should be "728 Cobb". I would like for the design to somehow incorporate the profile of a Victorian home (maybe a line drawing of a home in the background). I have attached a picture of 728 Cobb for reference. I would like a clean design but not too modern. I don't have any color preferences.
