Brief de Design de Logo

I am looking for a logo design for my management consultancy. I am working towards the goal of bringing sustainable change to the business world. I develop sustainability strategies for a zero-emission economy with my clients, develop circular economy concepts and accompany them through their transformation processes.
I am looking for a design that will unite apparent opposites:
- Sustainability concept vs. growth & economic success. Growing sustainably always seems contradictory and impossible until my customers have learned how to do it.
- Efficiency vs. creativity. Especially in transformation processes, it is important to find the right solutions quickly, precisely and safely. At the same time, new and creative solutions are important to me, true to the motto: "Precision Meets Imagination. "
- Technology-related innovation vs. people-oriented solutions. I believe that technology can help us immensely to solve our global challenges by presenting people (or humanity) with solutions that put people at the center. Innovating for people - powered by technology.

I don't want to give too many instructions so as not to affect the creative process. So here is just one important point. I work freelance under my name Paul Foth. My name can appear in the logo, but it doesn't have to. This is mainly about the solutions and not about me personally.
The logo itself does not necessarily have to contain text. My name in the logo text is not mandatory.
