Brief de Design de Logo

Need logo design for new company focusing on high end residential construction projects. primary services will include new home construction, remodeling, prefab and custom ADU (accessory dwelling unit) construction. secondary services include Architectural design drawings, construction plans, permit management. Quality of services and construction are paramount. a high touch immersive customer experience is our goal. I am open to color schemes but feel the star should be memorable in the design. Inviting and stable should be the feeling it gives off. This logo will be on all of my companies marketing. vehicles, shirts, etc... I like the idea of a window pane in the star which is displayed in the 3 examples i uploaded. I do not like the chimney idea. i would also like a QR code on back of card or whatever is mainstream. I am not set on lines in the design i am open to ideas. Main image i like is Star with window pane. other ideas I had would include a blueprint background as a secondary image or backdrop. not sure how i feel about blueprint but it will be a part of my offering
