Brief de Design de Logo

We operate a mine, surface mine, utilizing a CAT 6030 front shovel, and this shovel loads CAT 777D haul trucks. We want to recognize operators that safely load 225+ loads in a 10-hour shift. This logo would be used on T-shirts for the employees to wear as a badge of honor among their peers. I would also have the logo made into stickers that have a small section under it, for us to write in the date they completed this lofty task.
