Brief de Design Icône

We are a membership organisation in Australian that supports the role of the Nurse Practitioner in Australia.
In 2025, we are celebrating the 25 year anniversary of the Nurse Practitioner role in Australia and I am looking for an emblem / logo to use on our marketing material such as email signatures, social tiles, newsletters, websites, letterheads etc. We would also like to turn this into a medalion or coin in the future for our members so something that fits into a 'round style' would be great!
Ideally we would like to explore a 'silver theme' as it is a silver anniversary and perhaps something in a chrome style could work well but this is not compulsory and for me. the design is more important than trying to make a 'chrome' design work.
