Brief de Design de Logo

I am rebranding my existing construction company. Originally named Thomas Hughes Constructions now Thomas Hughes Developments. Link attached to see my old logo ;https://thomashughes.com.au/
I would like to modernise the TH but try to keep it as similar as possible. Think of it more as a rebranding/refresher than a totally new company. I still want people to be able to make the connection from my pervious company name to new company name as I have a well established business.
