Brief de Design Graphique

I need a logo design or graphic creation for a ribbon board display at a hockey arena. We are a real estate investment company called Mark IV Investments. We buy and rent commercial real estate in Kansas City. We've been in business since 1972. The fun part of this is that it is for a ribbon board at a hockey arena and the parameters I've been given are 16768px BY 40px. I don't know what would be better, using the whole space with one graphic or creating a bunch of little ones that repeat across that width. Would like to see designs that are bold and modern, communicates stability and growth.
