Brief de Design de Logo

I had an AI logo created for a Business Consulting Service, but am moving the business towards Coaching Athletes specifically in baseball. I'd like some variation of the two attached logos showcasing heart, along with the gear and the lightbulb effect. If the initials of AFK or the words Asking for Knowledge can be incorporated it would be even better. Or potentially a graphic logo only and then an option with the AFK or Asking for Knowledge included. This will be used for everything from a website and social media to T-shirts, hats and other apparel so it needs to be in the appropriate file formats. I like these colors, but am open to expanding or even changing if a better look can be attained.
