Brief de Design de Logo

I'm recreating my logo. I'm a business owner of a physical therapy and sports medicine practice in Miami, FL, USA. The name is Vice City Sports Medicine. My original logo (attached) is too similar to the video game Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and I've run into some infringement complaints. I've considered taking inspiration from Miami's Art Deco scene or Miami Vice TV show (also attached below). I'm admittedly not sure. You can check out my website at vicecitysportsmedicine.com.

I want the final design to convey a professional and clean look, while keeping to the spirit of the Miami aesthetic. The words Vice City should no longer be in a neon pink color please. Clean and uncluttered is a must.
