Brief de Web Design

Nov 12 update: I have a number of very strong submissions to select among - no need for any more, thank you. I am out of the office until Friday, then will be selecting a designer to conclude the project with.

I need someone to review my existing site at WordPress, make it more contemporary and visually appealing while preserving the content, which is quite text-dense, and improve the navigation. For example, if you go to https://jssusa.com/claims-handled/ you will see links to dedicated pages for various client groups - I would like those to somehow be evident from the home page.

It would be simpler to keep it at WordPress but I am open to using a different CMS if necessary.

Fluency in Spanish would be useful, since part of the site is in Spanish.
