Brief de Design de Tatouage

Tattoo Design for Quarter Sleeve on Right Shoulder/Bicep...approximate size W7.5" x H8"....Neo Traditional/Black & Gray style with blue accents, such as for eyes... possibly considering incorporating owl had at bottom but not absolutely necessary. This would be a coverup needing to cover up existing tattoos including a tribal armband partially lightened by laser removal. Attached is a pic of my arm and of reference pics for similar tattoos that I like.
