The bunny-ears of the bear are just meant to be as an example what we already did in the past (it's a design for easter). The employee is the previous owner of the company. he took the company over in 2006 and is now retiring in 2024. An idea ist he "retirement bear" in the front somehow with the year 2024 connected and the year 2006 in the background a bit smaller and some footsteps of a bear leading from 2006 to 2024.
