Brief de Design de T-shirt

My family of 10 people (1 grandma, 1 grandpa, 2 dads, 2 moms, and 4 older girls aged 18 to 23) is going on a cruise to Antarctica during New Years to celebrate our grandparent's 60th wedding anniversary and my grandpa's 85th birthday. We want to surprise our grandparents with sweatshirts for everyone that have a trip logo and slogan on them. We want the design to include penguins, but are open to other Antarctica- and/or polar cruise related things in the design, too. We would like to print these on to crewneck sweatshirts and have a smaller image/logo on the front in the top left, and have a larger image on the back. We are likely going to use navy sweatshirts with white ink / stitching (so the design should only be two colors). We want the slogan to be "George and Pat's Polar Penguin Party." An additional option would be to include the date - like New Years 2025 or 2024/2025 - in the design but only if it looks good.
