Brief de Design de Logo

An exciting opportunity to refresh my companies existing brand. We are going through a period of growth and would like to refresh and bring a new logo to the fold.
We are a software and professional services consultancy business is Scotland called opmodal.

The desire is to have the company name as clean simplistic font with a logo for O in the background.

Existing logo is attached for reference of font that has been used previously but we are looking for a change. Key is that the name is clean with an o / logo in the background.

Colour scheme to be dark with highlights of pink or purple.

main logo text: opmodal
strapline for below the name: bringing clarity in complexity

Please note that the name opmodal is all lower case. The O sitting in the background or above the name could be as design focussed as you wish.
