The booklet contains instructions for patients who have had surgery. There are about six A4 pages of text which need to be re-formatted and designed into an A5 sized booklet. And a simple front cover for the booklet that says something like "Melbourne Centre for Bariatric Surgery. Post operative instructions for bariatric patients"
