Brief de Design de PowerPoint

We need a standardized corporate PowerPoint template that can be used for employees to create presentations with for events, meetings, and trainings. Our logo is blue, red, and white. I would like to feature the logo on each page and I visualize the "title page" to be navy blue based and "scream" Michigan Sugar Company. I do not want the slide pages they use for content to be too busy, but still visually pleasing.
