Brief de Design de Logo

I am looking to refresh the logo I currently have for my Real Estate Company. We are based in central Illinois and service both buyers and sellers in residential, commercial and land sales. I have attached my current logo and would like something more modern and catchy. I do not want royal blue, red, orange, purple, yellow, brown or green in my logo. I like the black, white, and tealish color that I have, but am open to new ideas. I will need vector files, pdfs and jpegs (web, small, medium, and large files). I would like to have a reversed-out logo concept that would work for any color background. Would like a tealish accent if possible for my main look, but I could also convert to the black and white if necessary.
