Brief de Design de Logo

My colleague and I need a Logo design for our "Train The Trainer" Academy. We both are selfemployed and have our own businesses but want to work in a cooperation to train others who want to become trainers. Trainers for softskills, change processes or specialised trainers in their specific field. The Train the Trainer education enables them (Trainees) to use different methods and vary their training on the given situations . Our education program stands for variety , creativity and efficiancy and gives the trainees the possibility to effect a change. The educations includes sunjects like creating a flipchart, communication, method skills, didactical skills, presenting skills etc.
We want a Logo Design, that stands for professionalism, variety, authenticity and creativity.
We love to use a doctor hat in the middle of our Logo surroundes by a half open circle and underneath the hat we want the Logo Text "Train The Trainer" and all three "T´s" supposed to be wirtten as capital letter and maybe curved or fat printed.
The uploades files are an example for the doctor hat and the half circle with the logo text surrounding the hat. We are open for different colors.
