Brief de Design de Logo

Logo Creation for the purpose of a mortgage business. I need to use this on letterhead, email signature and business cards as well as on my car. It needs to be really simple, with the Business name in it "Mortgage by design".
I want something that looks professional, classic yet modern and sleek and simple in its design. Nothing to complex.

Im starting out as a mortgage broker however have a high level of interest in interior design projects and will eventually explore this within the business. so something that can capture both, Mortgage Loans as well as design would be great.
