Brief de Design de Logo

Hi,
I am looking for a logo for my M&A advisory boutique.
We are advising SMEs business owners when they need to sell their company (to an investment fund or to a bigger corporate).
Our values are: excellence, creativity, trustfulness, team spirit. Our presentations are quite minimalistic. We use few colors: black, white, grey (#ECEAE8) and red (#E63946). We use highlighting (black and red) and underwriting (red). I have attached a page of our coporate presentation.
I am looking for something displaying excellence and emotion (creativity)!
