Brief de Design de Logo

I have created a contract based wine dinner,catering, cooking classes, parties, etc business to leverage my skills as a chef. I cook and prepare all food personally and have a custom santa maria grill for wood fired cooking. My initial idea for a logo that would represent the business well would be a logo using my business name that is surrounded by herbal filigree or a cornucopia style of edible plants and vegetables(i love garlic). I would like the text to be elegant and classic to reflect the fine nature of the food and service but also include a organic element as well as I don't want it to seem pretentious or stuffy. These are just some directional ideas so feel free to be creative with color or logo in general in this direction.
