Brief de Design de Logo
We need a logo design for a brand new sushi restaurant that specializes and sells ONLY handrolls.
Our preference for font/logo style is one that reference Japanese-text and/or calligraphy, without being "too" fancy. A good mix of modern and traditional.
I have attached a few reference logos and would like something made that has a similar "vibe" but not so similar where customers are reminded of another business or establishment. We want a modernized version of reference logos (attached). We are also open to completely new styles as I know the reference logos are all different in feel.
I would like the logo to appear high-end without being too over the top. Simple yet sophisticated... the most difficult ask!

Once again, I am open to all submissions and design types as we may not yet know exactly what we want.
