Needing clarification. It's clear the blueprint design is passé. But how about the stair step designs? How close do you want it to those? And if that's the general idea of what you're after, will you need a male AND a female executive version, or just one? Or maybe stairs but no exec? Please clarify.

I don't need the stair step arrow. I don't "need" both male and female exec. They don't have to be exec's if the design conveys the struggle to elevate. Anything you think represents getting to the next level. How a bout a rock climber hanging by one arm from an overhang getting ready to make the big reach...?
