The fact that the clinic is run by a Medical Doctor (MD) is very important.
The purpose of the clinic is to celebrate beauty in the world by helping people look and feel their absolute best. The clinic uses botox, fillers, lasers, facial resurfacing and medical grade skin care.
Logo design, lettering and colors need to express above facts very well:

Above should be the message projected with logo, lettering and color
It should speak to both middle age women and men.
