The name of our company is Sunfish Properties. www.sunfishproperties.com We rent mostly to university students who attend North Carolina State University. We pride ourselves in being friendly, offering a great value, we are responsive to needs, and we are modern. Logo will be used on invoices, our website, and on yard signs. Should be simple, playful, distinct, bold. A winning design may include a representation of the real sunfish (see http://www.adamsbuilderssupply.com/ckfinder/userfiles/images/Services/SpottedSunfish.jpg) but doesn't have to. Should invite people to check out our property, and make them feel like they are living in a cool property
