Brief de Design de Logo

I am starting an antique/art/upcycle store. We are located in a small town of about 3,000 people in extreme Northern Minnesota, where the winters are cold and the summers are cold too (just kidding). I want Tough Times to be able to be possible created out of wood/antiques/cut outs from old plywood, but also be able to be reproduced on paper (more or less).

The theme "Tough Times" comes from the saying, "Tough times make strong men, strong men make good times, good times make weak men, weak men make tough times." A bit of an ode to where we are and where we have been, but also where we could be again.

This sign will go across the front of a building that is 50'wide. The sign shouldn't be that wide (I included a streetview photo of the building. Then, as a kind of a subtitle, I would like Antiques, Art, and Upcycle. These would be in normal, but maybe old script for Antiques, artsy for Art, something else for Upcycle. Just some ideas.
