Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company based in Europe (in a French speaking region) called "Kintsugi Consulting". We are 3 consultants-coaches-psychologists offering support to people going through burn-out and high levels of stress. Kintsugi is a Japanese Art; we choose this name for its metaphor : "making something stronger and beautiful out of broken pieces (of human being)". Therefore the kintsugi drawing should appear in the logo (like a thin branch or the attached drawing we made ourselves - please note that on the attached picture showing a golden branch, the branch is too thick, too bold). A bowl like on the hand-drawing could be nice, and we are open to other ideas! We attach what an IA has created, but we don't like the shadow below the bowl and the line drawing the edges of the bowl is too bold, plus we don't want the chip at the top (bowl still broken.
Don't hesitate to google "kintsugi pictures" to better visualize the kintsugi design and spirit.
For the colours: we would like a light golden yellow to remind the traditional kintsugi (gold) and a good balance of dark blue or dark grey (associated with cream like ton on the web page example); a calm colour for our clients who need a safe space for their recovery. The focus has to be on the fixed, aesthetic and solid reparation and not necessary on the container.
Our target/clients are patients diagnosed with burnouts but also Human Resource professionals in corporate world, insurances, country department states, doctors, etc.
It should be modern, aesthetic, not too luxury but elegant. Thank you for helping us with this logo.

We need also all the colour codes (pantone, RGB colour ratio, etc) to be able to adapt our webpage with the same colours.
