Brief de Design Wordpress

I would like a new website design for my current company, Wilson Care Group, which has two different brands - Wilson Homecare and Wilson Senior Living. You can see the current website at www.wilsoncare.com. The website should be built using Wordpress Software and the Elementor theme. The website should have a local Hawaii island/tropical feel, but look professional for healthcare. I'm looking for something fresh, and want the designer to select colors, styles, etc.

In the Header, on all pages, I would like a menu that includes Home Care, Senior Living, Rates, and About Us.
Under each of the Header Menu Titles, I would like these drop downs included:
Home Care (drop down pages)- Nurse Aide Care, 24-Hour Home Care, Skilled Nursing, Lifestyle Aide, Hospice at Home, Bathing & Meal Service.
Senior Living (drop down pages) - Long-Term Stay, Short-Term Stay.
Rates (drop down page) - Rates.
About Us (drop down pages) - Our Mission, Ohana Talk, About Shelley Wilson.

In the footer, on all pages, you should include the address: 711 Kapiolani Blvd, Suite 450, Honolulu, HI 96813. Phone number: 808-596-4486
The footer should also include buttons for a page called Learn, Caregiver Jobs, and each of the service page links to include: Nurse Aide Care, 24-Hour Home Care, Skilled Nursing, Lifestyle Aide, Hospice at Home, Bathing & Meal Service.
Please don't take the current website and redesign a few aspects. I'm looking for a completely different look and feel.
