Brief de Design de Logo

We would like a logo for our new real estate project that will contain 20 condos located in the forest. The houses will be clad with two materials - cork (which is a sort of bark) and burned wood panel. The name of the project will therefore be Eld & Bark (which means Fire & Bark in Swedish).
This type of condo project is called BRF in Swedish (acronyme for Bostadsrättsförening) and we would like that to be incorporated in the logo but in a diminutive fashion. Probably BRF is better to write but if it is better, Bostadsrättsförening works just as well.

So basically, Eld & Kork is the main part and BRF should be somewhere but smaller.

We do not like to have any symbols or drawings in the logo and have visualized and are solely looking for an aesthetic font. In Sweden, the company Bröd & Salt have an ok looking logo but we want something even better. It should be timeless and modern at the same time to mirror the innovative and modern architecture of the project, possibly with a touch of japanese culture since the burned wood is inspired from shou sugi ban.
