Brief de Design de Logo

We are looking for a logo for a business that breeds and sells reptiles and amphibians. The business name is Refined Exotics. We are working with two possible taglines...Refined Exotics - Where Herpetoculture Meets Excellence or Refined Exotics - Where Quality & Herpetoculture Converge.

The logo is NOT meant to be cartoonish in nature. In fact it may have no reptiles on it at all. Some gecko footprints may be subtle enough. This will be a professional brand for our business.

Perhaps the letters R E (for Refined Exotics) could be the primary design focus. We are a genetics based industry so a DNA helix could be a possibility as part of the design. Images of a complete gecko or snake should also NOT be the focus. Of Course it is hard to resist the frog. Once again we are looking for a subtle reference. We have uploaded pictures of reptiles and amphibians for color reference. All of the colors used in the logo will hopefully be within this spectrum of colors. That does not mean that they all necessarily need to be used. The key would be a well blended logo that is clean and crisp.

Ultimately this logo will be branded across social media pages, letter head, stickers, signage, etc.

We are really liking the designs with the “RE” logo that has incorporated the snakes/Dna into it.
