Brief de Design Vectoriel

I run an First Aid company that attends events. We are buying uniforms. Just like the Paramedic uniforms many of my friends wear, I want to design a patch for my company. For reference, im talking about the patch you would see on the side shoulders - the one that usually says things like TORONTO PARAMEDIC and has the crest design. My company is JobReadyCPR. I would like the crest design to be 3.5 x 3.5 inches (can be square, rectangle, shield shaped - non police badge). It will be a woven patch or rubber patch, created by a company. I have included details of my brand guidelines. I would like the patch to look official, smart, professional and prominently feature my company logo. I would like it to say JOBREADYCPR, horizontal and not curved, all one word, as well as FIRST AID somewhere on the patch. I am open to alternate color schemes. The shirt is going to be a very dark navy blue to black in color with reflective striping on the arms.

Please design and CREATE a crest patch - do not simply put the basic elements on a square. I came here seeking a designers touch, please look at other crest patches from 911 services as inspiration.
