Brief de Design de Logo

I'm starting a new company where i will be mainly active in coaching and training of professional drivers of trucks, but also being a product trainer for premium truck and car brands. Learning them how to drive with new technologie (electric, hydrogen,...). Economic and defensive driving are the keys combined with the techologie on board of their vehicle.
Besides this activity i am also active in the event business for constructors of trucks and cars. Here i am responsible for the technical side of the event and sometimes also test/demo driver of new generation of vehicles.
I would like to find a logo that is powerfull. Not to much blings and flings. In my logo from my company i had before i had a lion integrated in the logo that represented me as a partner. It could be a nice idea to have this link again from before.
