Brief de Design de Logo

A logo design for a new company in Houston, TX called The Strategic Way. This company provided personal and business consulting and management. We are looking for a sophisticated design that includes the two chess pieces in the attached file. It is requested not to change the chess pieces as best you can. This design will be used on business cards, letter head as well as web and social media accounts. The color Teal is the main color we would like to see used but are open to tan/beige, but this is just a suggestion. The tag line used with the company name is "It's the only way". It is not necessary to use this tag line in the design. Thanks
