Brief de Design de Logo

Cap10 (pronounced "captain") is an investment banking startup focused on helping investors find real estate deals to invest in. I intend for our primary color scheme to utilize black and purple. I really like the styling of this website in a similar industry: https://www.angellist.com/. We want the logo to have a sense of appeal to wealthy people and provide a sense of expertise and trust.

The critical thing for the logo is for it to be simple and look good in color and in black and white. I always think, will it look good on a hat. When a logo is too complicated, it never looks good on a hat.

My general though on the logo is a simple boat or sail boat. Whether this is visually a sail boat or something a bit more abstract, I'm not sure. I'm open to other ideas around around the broad concept of "boating, leadership, ship captain".

I want the logo to stand alone, but I'm interested I'm also interested in having the text Cap10 or cap10 to the right of the logo. The key is finding the right font that conveys the right emotions (wealth, trust).
