Brief de Design de T-shirt

We would like to have a T-shirt design for a traditional sail boat competition (regatta).
The competition od held yearly and this od the 48th edition. The idea is to have a design which will be reused the following years just by changing the edition and year number.
We would like a print on the front side of the T-shirt, preferabbly on two pr three colours.
