Brief de Design de Logo

My business is a crisis management consulting company based in New York City. We employ tactically trained retired law enforcement and military special forces to provide clients with executive protection, threat assessments, travel security risk mitigation, and investigative assistance. I thought a globe (global reach) and compass (direction) were good icons for the logo, and I submitted to AI which created the attached logo. The motto, Semper Tecum, is latin for Always with You. I'm open to refinement, wanting to illustrate confidence, trust, professionalism, and subtleness. Also some text only options for letterhead, signature lines, etc. I guess I need help with branding overall. I have a draft website and need to explore creating social media sites and content.
